Based in Bangalore, Seshadri brings with him over two decades of rich and diverse experience in enterprise software, financial systems architecture, and consulting delivery. In his new role, he is poised to lead EY’s technology strategy, solution delivery, and transformation initiatives, aligning global business objectives with cutting-edge digital enablement.
A Career Rooted in Technology and Financial Expertise
Prior to this appointment, Seshadri served as Executive Director at EY Technology Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in driving technology modernization programs and strategic transformation for clients across industries. His leadership was instrumental in integrating advanced technologies into EY’s enterprise systems, enhancing scalability and service quality.
Before joining EY, Seshadri had an impressive 14-year tenure with Oracle Consulting Solution Center, where he rose through several leadership roles including Director, Consulting Technical Architect, and Enterprise Architect. He led end-to-end implementations across Oracle Financials, Financial Accounting Hub, Advanced Collections, Credit Management, and Fusion Financials, guiding complex transformation programs for global clients. His expertise spans Oracle Lease and Financial Management (R12.1.3), Fusion General Ledger, Fusion Payables, Fusion Assets, and Fusion Receivables, showcasing mastery across the Oracle ecosystem.
Seshadri also made significant contributions as a Team Lead in Oracle Business Intelligence, working on Discoverer and Siebel Analytics, and played a vital role in product development initiatives such as Oracle Lease Management (R12.1.0) — reflecting his deep technical, functional, and strategic insight.

Earlier in his career, Seshadri gained hands-on experience in the banking and financial services sector, spending over seven years with Sundaram Finance. There, he worked across deposit operations, auto leasing, and hire purchase portfolios — building strong expertise in liability management, underwriting, and MIS reporting. This unique blend of financial domain knowledge and technical acumen became a hallmark of his later consulting success.
He further strengthened his consulting foundation through impactful stints at BearingPoint and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he worked as a Senior Business Consultant, contributing to key enterprise strategy and technology integration initiatives for large clients.
