During that time he helped grow the company’s footprint, built relationships with leading cybersecurity vendors, and promoted channel-led go-to-market strategies. He also helped shape a service-oriented culture focused on innovation and customer success.
Entrepreneurial and regional leadership
Alongside his Netpoleon work, Mohan leads TechKnowLogic Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. as CEO, where he concentrates on value-added technology solutions and sustainable business growth. Before joining the Netpoleon group, he spent over six years as Country Manager for India & SAARC at M.Tech Solutions, driving regional sales, building channel partnerships, and expanding market reach across SAARC countries.
From trainer to regional leader
Mohan’s career began in 1998 with the Indian Institute of Hardware Technology (IIHT), where he started as a junior faculty member teaching certifications such as CNE, MCSE, CCNA, Network+, and Security+. He moved up through roles that included Senior Trainer, Center Manager, Territory Manager and Regional Manager, overseeing franchise support for more than 40 centers in South India. That period gave him deep experience in training, operations, franchise management and people development — strengths he still applies today.
