Patil also developed automated reports and customized performance metrics for Operations Services, using SQL queries to track backend systems and provide insights to directors and senior management.

Three Years at Deutsche Bank

Patil joined Deutsche Bank in July 2015 as an Associate, remaining with the organization until July 2018 in Pune.

His responsibilities exposed him to the early stages of the Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) lifecycle, including data governance, collection, and preservation.

He conducted requirements elicitation activities, interviewed end users, documented business processes, coordinated with vendors, and supported UAT activities.

His work also involved collaboration with technology providers such as IBM and OpenText, along with coordination with eDiscovery vendors for data collection and tool development.

Patil was involved in data identification and mapping, preservation databases, legal holds, and preservation record keeping.

He also worked with structured data sources and platforms including HP Autonomy, Bloomberg Vault, AXSOne, and IM vantage.

Technology-Enabled Transformation

During his tenure at Deutsche Bank, Patil contributed to initiatives including ATLAS DRCMT, a centralized workflow tool designed to manage eDiscovery data-request operations across functions such as voice, messaging, BTD, and unstructured data.

He also contributed to a Business Intelligence SLA Adherence Dashboard, helping teams monitor performance and SLA measurements for individual eDiscovery data-source deliveries.

An Atlas MI Dashboard for Capacity Management further strengthened operational visibility.
