With over 18 years of international experience across the FMCG and beauty industries, Timothy brings a powerful blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and people leadership to his new global mandate — driving Meiyume’s commercial growth, innovation pipeline, and global customer partnerships across markets in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.

As CCO (Global), Timothy is entrusted with steering Meiyume’s global commercial strategy — integrating customer engagement, business transformation, and market expansion across diverse categories. A Journey of Commercial Leadership and Market Transformation

Before joining Meiyume, Timothy Scott served as Global Sales Director at Delipap Oy, a Finland-based FMCG innovator recognized for its leading baby and personal care brands, including Moomin Baby, Vuokkoset, Helmi, and Harmony.
As a member of Delipap’s management board, Timothy led the global sales organization, achieving double-digit revenue and profit growth while spearheading strategic expansion across Europe and Asia-Pacific. His leadership resulted in record market shares, successful entry into new geographies, and strengthened partnerships with major retailers such as Rossmann, DM, Lidl, and Muller.

Earlier in his career, Timothy held progressive leadership roles at Venture Life Group plc, where he drove triple-digit growth and successfully integrated multiple brand acquisitions, and at Sleek MakeUP, where he was instrumental in tripling company turnover and steering its acquisition by Walgreens Boots Alliance. His tenure at GSK, Discovery Foods, and HJ Heinz further honed his expertise in category management, brand strategy, and international business development.
