Previously, as Director – Human Resources at Gilbarco Veeder-Root India, he was instrumental in driving workforce modernization, employee engagement, and leadership development during a key period of digital evolution.
At Cummins India, Ritesh had an illustrious 13-year tenure where he played pivotal roles including Labour Relations Leader for India, China & Asia Pacific, and HR Leader for the Components Segment. His contributions spanned industrial relations, people capability development, and HR transformation across complex, multi-country operations.
Earlier in his career, he built a solid foundation in HR and manufacturing leadership at General Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra, where he honed his expertise in training, operations, and employee engagement — laying the groundwork for his strategic HR leadership journey.
