Her strategic guidance enabled enhanced coordination, digital resilience, and operational efficiency across the health system.

Prior to that, she made a remarkable impact at Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH), serving in progressive leadership roles for over six years–from IT Director of Revenue Cycle & Non-Clinical Applications to Executive Director of IT Applications. At NCH, Anna drove large-scale Epic implementations, optimized revenue cycle operations, and led digital initiatives that empowered caregivers and elevated patient experiences.

Her tenure at Nordic Consulting Partners, Huron Consulting Group, and Vonlay further honed her expertise in Epic system optimization, large regional rollouts, and IT transformation consulting. She worked with top-tier healthcare clients nationwide, guiding them through complex EHR transitions and operational integrations.

Anna’s career began at Epic, where she served as an Application Manager and Implementation Coordinator, leading multi-site hospital billing implementations and serving as a bridge between clients and development teams–a foundation that set the tone for her future success in healthcare IT leadership.
