Prior to that, she made a remarkable impact at Northwest Community Healthcare (NCH), serving in progressive leadership roles for over six years–from IT Director of Revenue Cycle & Non-Clinical Applications to Executive Director of IT Applications. At NCH, Anna drove large-scale Epic implementations, optimized revenue cycle operations, and led digital initiatives that empowered caregivers and elevated patient experiences.
Her tenure at Nordic Consulting Partners, Huron Consulting Group, and Vonlay further honed her expertise in Epic system optimization, large regional rollouts, and IT transformation consulting.
