Prior to rejoining The Hartford in 2025, he served as Director of Strategy at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he played a key role in guiding the Workers Compensation organization through complex transitions. His work focused on strategic planning, agile transformation, change management, and operational improvement—empowering teams with data-driven insights and driving large-scale outcomes across functions. 

Earlier, Ace spent nearly 8 years at The Hartford as Assistant Director of Performance Enablement and Strategic Optimization, where he built and led initiatives around performance coaching, cross-functional team alignment, leadership development, and Lean Six Sigma practices. He also held progressive leadership roles at RadioShack, T-Mobile, and Best Buy, consistently exceeding expectations in driving customer experience, team development, and business growth.
