- Optum: As Senior Vice President and GM of Ambulatory Revenue Cycle Management, Jeff led a $400M business supporting 600+ ambulatory service providers across the U.S. With a team of over 7,700 professionals (onshore and offshore), he oversaw operations, client relationships, customer satisfaction, and service expansion. His leadership ensured seamless delivery and retention in one of healthcare’s most competitive segments.
- Change Healthcare: As Senior Vice President, Provider Client Management, Jeff managed a $300M business segment. He established a robust account management infrastructure that improved customer retention, enhanced satisfaction, and expanded service portfolios. His ability to foster long-term client trust positioned Change Healthcare as a reliable partner in provider services.
- McKesson: Jeff spent over a decade in multiple senior leadership roles, including National VP Consulting Services, SVP/GM Health System Operations, and SVP Enterprise Sales (Interim). He spearheaded the development of a $15M hospital acute care outsourcing business, created a $10M physician consulting services unit, and led enterprise sales strategies that generated ~$30M annually. His tenure at McKesson reflected his versatility—successfully leading operations, consulting, sales, and service delivery at national scale.
- Per-Se Technologies: As National VP, Practice Management Services, Jeff was responsible for financial, reimbursement, and management services across more than 200 hospital and physician practices nationwide, managing a diverse team of CPAs, MBAs, and MHAs.
