Before joining Sound Transit, Ed served as Associate Director – Railroad Coordination at Network Rail Consulting, where he played a pivotal role in the California High-Speed Rail Program. This involved navigating complex multi-agency partnerships, compliance with rigorous regulatory frameworks, and integrating advanced rail systems to meet the program’s ambitious timelines and quality standards.
Prior to that, as Vice President – Rail and Transit at WSP USA, Ed led teams delivering multi-billion-dollar transportation programs nationwide.
