Across those roles she helped deliver strategic programs, strengthen engineering practices, and mentor teams–consistently bridging technical depth with delivery discipline.
Background and foundations
Before Accenture, Rakhi spent more than seven years at SAIC leading development teams and delivering enterprise software. Her career began as a software engineer at NIIT Technologies and MPS Software, where she built the technical foundation that underpins her leadership today.
