KPMG US has appointed Abhijeet Wankhede as Director – Advisory. Abhijeet brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in HCM consulting, cloud-based HR systems, and large-scale workforce transformation. He’ll lead sales pursuits and delivery for enterprise HCM programs that connect people strategy with cloud technology and operational change.
What he’ll lead
Abhijeet will focus on enterprise HCM transformation and cloud-enabled workforce solutions. Key priorities include:
- Designing and delivering cloud-based HR platforms (Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft coexistence)
- Modernizing HR operations and business processes for better efficiency
- Helping clients migrate to HCM cloud architectures and adopt workforce technology
- Leading organizational change, workforce planning, and compensation strategy workstreams
- Driving client engagements from solution design through delivery and adoption
Why KPMG hired him
Abhijeet has deep delivery experience across the HCM lifecycle. Most recently he led HCM delivery at Capgemini, running large cloud HR programs across the U.S. He’s also been an HCM cloud leader at QC Consulting Group and an HCM Cloud Solution Architect at Deloitte, where he helped design scalable HR architectures and led cloud migrations. Earlier roles at Infosys and Cognizant gave him practical experience with Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, compensation systems and large transformation programs.
