In December 2024, Nitin was appointed as Chief Technology Officer & Executive Vice President at Indira IVF Group, India’s largest fertility chain. In this role, he leads technology strategy and execution in collaboration with the CXO leadership team, with a clear focus on:

Previous Leadership Journey

Before joining Indira IVF, 𝗡𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮 built an illustrious career across multiple industries—automotive, consumer goods, engineering, and digital solutions—where he consistently drove transformation at scale. At Hindware Limited, as Chief Digital Officer, he spearheaded enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, leveraging analytics, customer insights, and technology-driven business models. He also led the company’s corporate venture capital initiatives, working closely with startups and investment ecosystems to strengthen Hindware’s digital-first growth strategy.

Prior to that, 𝗡𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮 spent over eight impactful years at Hero MotoCorp, where he rose through multiple leadership roles to become Head of Digital Transformation. At Hero, he redefined manufacturing, R&D, and enterprise processes through digital technologies, playing a key role in the company’s recognition as “Manufacturing Innovator of the Year”—an honor awarded by India’s Prime Minister. His achievements earned him multiple Hero Achiever Awards, including one personally conferred by MD & CEO Pawan Munjal, for delivering cost savings worth ₹27 crore (~USD 4M) through large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Earlier in his career, 𝗡𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮 honed his expertise with Tata Technologies, Dassault Systèmes, Applus+ IDIADA, and Federal Mogul Goetze, leading global engineering projects, digital services, and enterprise application deployments. He worked closely with international clients on advanced PLM and CAD solutions, earning direct recognition from Bernard Charlès, CEO of Dassault Systèmes, France, for his global contributions. These formative years provided him with a deep foundation in engineering, digital systems, and enterprise innovation—shaping the versatile leader he is today.
