Previously, as Vice President & Head of Product Engineering at AuthBridge, he played a pivotal role in developing AI/ML-powered products and solutions for India’s leading authentication SaaS company. His innovations enhanced real-time verification and onboarding systems, driving both scalability and security.
During his tenure as Assistant Vice President at Genpact Digital, Shyam led multifaceted teams comprising data scientists, software developers, cloud architects, and DevOps engineers — building AI-driven microservices and composable solutions on public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
At Newgen Software, where he spent over a decade, Shyam progressed through multiple leadership roles — from Project Manager to Development Manager — leading global product development and shaping next-generation SaaS architectures. His tenure there was instrumental in advancing the company’s enterprise solutions through microservices, DevOps, and security-focused development practices.
